Orders
By placing an order with ‘one more wish’ you are accepting these terms and conditions, which form a legally binding, contract between you (the buyer) and myself (the seller).
I keep minimal stock, as main items are hand made, and made to order. A majority of the tiaras will be one offs, and you can purchase what you see (standard item), request similar, have a particular design in mind, require a bespoke item or want an item customized; (change of color, crystal, bead, wire, headband or comb, design added to or taken off veil etc). please contact me to discuss requirements. please note that if any modifications that are made no matter how slight will be classed as a customized design. Bespoke items;- I will consider most designs within reason, and can discuss final designs and likely cost. NB I will inform you if I feel design is outside the area I want to work. I am happy to provide final pictures prior to sending out order, to guarantee customer satisfaction. Also I am happy to provide information and advice on any of the designs of any product.
Please note that as each piece is handmade to order, there may be some slight variations from the photographs on this site. However, I can assure you that such variations will be minimal.
Please contact me for reduced P& P costs if you are ordering multiple items.
Timescales and delivery
An approximate time scale from order to delivery is 2-4 weeks, unless you are purchasing a stocked item, therefore can be within 7 days. Please note; this can change and is dependent on workload. Please contact me if item required sooner and I will try my best to accommodate. I cannot guarantee early delivery date, if it has not been confirmed prior to purchase.
Our orders are sent via Recorded or Special delivery to give you peace of mind. Will provide proof of postage and on line tracking to check the status of your order. We will send you an email with dispatch confirmation on the day of postage with your order tracking number. (Can phone or text this information if needed).
Payments
Payment in full is required before your order can be processed.
I accept the following methods of payment;
Credit or debits cards through paypal. Payment in full is required before delivery.
Postage and packaging
Tiaras and wedding wraps/shawls are wrapped with acid free tissue paper in a presentation box.
Veils can be sent in protective carrier, ready to be hung up.
Orders under £50.00 will be sent using special delivery. Orders over £50.00 will be sent using recorded delivery.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase I will refund or standard designs; (Items which have not been customized to your requirements or bespoke items).
Conditions:
1. Please contact me within 24 hours of receiving goods, by email or telephone, to inform me of item to be returned and why.
2. The item should be returned to me within 7 days of the initial date you received item, unworn and in its original packaging and should be sent via Special Delivery (Royal Mail's signed for and insured service). buyer is responsible for paying for return postage costs.
3. Postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
4. I cannot accept any liability for damage incurred to the returned item whilst in transit, and will be up to buyer to claim back from ‘Royal Mail's signed for and insured service’.
5. Items must be returned using recorded delivery for item under the value of £50.00 or by special delivery for items over value £50.00.
6. Any item not received within the 7 day timescale given, (condition 2.) will be returned to sender as breach of contract and will be considered their property.
7. Refunds or exchanges will not be given past the date of your wedding/ or event. (I reserve the right to decline a refund should I suspect that your wedding date/event date has passed).
8. In the unlikely hood of a customized or bespoke item being received damaged. I will be happy to repair, or refund. Please note conditions 1 - 5 above will apply.
9. To comply with condition (1) above - confirmation of ‘one more wish’ email address and contact telephone number will be given to you with dispatch information to track your original order.
Bespoke & Customized Designs.
I do not offer refunds for bespoke pieces or designs which have been customized to customers specification unless they have been damaged on receipt. Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item, and we will either repair, exchange or refund for you.( please see condition 8. in returns section).
Any item sent back after 7 days will be returned to sender as it would then be considered breach of contract and therefore their property.
One more wish accepts no liability for the misappropriate use of their products. Children should always be supervised at all times with products, as items contain small parts and with misuse could be deemed hazardous.
Privacy Policy
'One more wish’ adheres to data protection act. No information provided by customers will be divulge to third parties.
